I’m a PE & SEBD teacher. SEBD stands for Social, emotional and behavioural difficulties
I’ve been teaching PE for about 12 years in the UK and IOM. And I’ve also taught snowboarding in Canada!
4. Out of work interests
I train for athletics 6 times a week with a combination of track and gym sessions. I play netball for a team called Misfits in the Premier League. I absolutely love to travel as much as possible and experience new cultures.
5. Notable work and/or life achievements
I was a flag bearer for the Island Games team! In 2018 I was a European Indoor Gold and Silver Medallist for Great Britain. I’m the most medalled Island Games athlete for athletics and I’ve been nominated as Sportswoman of the year 3 times.
6. Why did you want to be involved in 30 Under 30?
I love reading Gef the Mongoose and the stories about the interesting and talented people of the Isle of Man.
I like how diverse and inspiring the people of the Isle of Man are and wanted to be a part of that.
